Naira Will Continue Getting Stronger - Bashir Ahmad

-
Few hours ago, An X user Bashir Ahmad stirred different reactions from various X users in which he states,
"I am so happy seeing how the Naira has been gaining strength against the Dollar throughout the day."

Amidst various comments, a particular X user Divad replied  with his opinion towards the reimmersion of the Naira rate.

"Artificial gain! The Naira can truly grow by increasing our exports, which is only possible by government providing basic amenities for businesses to thrive eg, security, power etc. Growing naira by political statement or circulars is only temporary"
What is your opinion on what the government could've done over this issue?
